Apartment Nautilus I (light & roomy)
Description Exterior: Apartment „Nautilus I“ is ideally located in the first floor of the apartment complex known as “Nautilus” at the bottom of the one way street leading directly to the centre of Bajamar. It is quiet and yet only a few steps from lively restaurants, bars and supermarkets and overlooks the sea and the famous Olympic size natural swimming pools, at the same time offering spectacular views of the coast. The panorama windows lead onto the balcony where there is a table and four chairs and a fabulous view of one of the best surfing areas in Tenerife. There is a private pool with sun area on the room of “Nautilus” available to guests without further charge.
Description Interior: The open kitchen leads into the cosy living room with panorama windows and comfy settee with armchair and large dining table seating 4 people. The two bedrooms: one double with built-in wardrobes, one with 2 single beds and 2 modern bathrooms (one with bathtub, one with shower) offers plenty of room for up to 4 adults. To complete the picture, there is a large built-in wardrobe in the hallway. The well-equipped kitchen includes all important utensils/gadgets: coffee machine, toaster, large fridge, electric hob/oven. In addition, there is a washing machine in the walk-in pantry. Bedding, towels and tea towels are provided.
Prices: 2 Weeks for 2 persons costs 450,- €. Nautilus can sleep up to a max. of 4 persons. Final cleaning costs an additional 40,- €.

To complete the picture, there is a large built-in wardrobe in the hallway and a utility room with a washing machine. The well-equipped apartment includes all important utensils/gadgets: coffee machine, large fridge, electric hob/oven. Bedding, towels and tea towels are provided.
